Liposuction, also known as lipoplasty or liposculpture, is an operation that sucks excess fat out from under your skin. It can remove small amounts of fat that you haven’t been able to shift with diet and exercise. Liposuction is not a treatment for weight control or obesity, and it can’t remove cellulite or stretch marks.
Liposuction can be done on your abdomen (tummy), hips, buttocks, neck, arms, thighs, knees and ankles.
There is a limit to the amount of fat that can be safely removed from any area of your body, so it may not be possible to reduce an area as much as you would like. Your body won’t replace the fat cells, so you should have a long-lasting change in your body shape, especially if you exercise, eat a healthy diet and maintain a healthy weight after liposuction. However, putting on weight can cause the remaining fat cells to change.

Aesthetic Genital Surgery
The aim of vaginoplasty surgery is to enhance the feelings of sexual gratification and should allow you to receive and give more pleasure during sexual intercourse with your partner.
This procedure is commonly known as a ‘designer vagina’ but it is a cosmetic procedure that can have much benefit for women, especially those who have experienced childbirth and as a result have weak or loose vaginal muscles.
For many women this can be an embarrassing and uncomfortable condition which can lead to sexual difficulties or dissatisfaction.
In some cases exercise can help improve the vaginal muscles but the aim of this surgery is to improve the overall tone of the vagina by tightening vaginal muscles and the supporting tissues.

Scars & Keloids
Every time the skin is cut or damaged through its full thickness it will heal with a scar. Some people naturally make better scars than others.
We cannot accurately predict this, but in general we are aware that patients at opposite ends of the spectrum either with very dark skin or with fair freckled skin and red hair will tend to produce poor scars including hypertrophic scars and keloids.
Certain areas of the body produce worse scars than others. The worst area being the middle of the chest which can on rare occasions produce keloids spontaneously without any known injury. The tip of the shoulder is poor, but fortunately the face and neck make good scars generally.
