CORONAVIRUS PROTECTION PLAN
We are required to confirm that all patients do not have flu-like symptoms and have stayed within the Government Travel Guidelines prior to arrival.
Please arrive promptly at the allocated time of your appointment unaccompanied by friends and family.
We cannot permit more than 1 person per waiting room. Extra time has been allocated for each appointment to allow for the cleaning of the room between clients.
you will be required to sanitise your hands when you enter the building.
BEVERAGES AND FOOD
We will not be serving drinks or food on site.
FULL PAYMENT PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
In order to limit contact inside the salon, we will now require a 100% deposit to secure any booking, with a 24hours notice cancellation policy.
We will be adding a £2.50 PPE surcharge to each visit.
Please avoid contact with others by staying more than 1 meter from other people.
Doors and windows will be open throughout the building in order to ensure good ventilation, so if temperatures will be slightly cooler than normal.
Our practitioners will be required to change into work clothes when they come to work on the premises, to ensure that no outside clothes are in contact with any stations or clients. Practitioners will also be wearing disposable plastic aprons to prevent cross contamination between patients.
All our team members have received extensive training on ensuring all services are conducted in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.

Everyone arriving at the clinic will be expected to wear a mask/ face covering upon arrival and during their time at the clinic.
